Stunning Italian restaurant with an old timey vibe. Servers in full suits, white table cloths, polite prompt service. We sat quickly with no reservation. All of our food was absolutely delicious from salad, entree to dessert.

The customer service was on point. We were immediately greeted upon entering. We were seated quickly. Our waiter Manuel was knowledgeable about the menu options including vegetarian favorites for myself. The eggplant Parmesan was AMAZING! The desserts were chefs kiss. Everyone knows you can't come to New York without having cheesecake and Arno's cheesecake was incredible. I would totally recommend! Overall, I give Arno a 10/10. Must try!

A pleasant surprise at this well known but touristy restaurant. As others have noted, everyone dining there appears to be on an expense account. Despite that, the waiter was very helpful and recommended a special chop with grilled vegetables. It was really well prepared and delicious. I paired it with a side of pasta with pesto, which was also really tasty. I enjoyed my meal quite a bit, though with two glasses of wine it was 150.

This is, hands down, the best Italian food I ever had the pleasure of indulging in. This is coming from a guy who has spent time in Italy and knows many restaurants with true Italian roots. The staff was incredibly attentive and ensured our dinner party of six had a truly wonderful night. The pasta was clearly made in house with love purposely put into every bite. The servers perfectly spaced our courses to allow us ample time to cherish the experience, yet I never once felt unattended to. I regret eating anything over the course of the day before dinner, because I left with the only regret being that I did not have room for more. The shrimp could not have been from the Atlantic or pacific. My suspension is that it caught was off the shores of heaven. I wish the world modeled its ways off this restaurant, as we would all be better for it. Our group had the honor of meeting the owner, who told us he opened the restaurant nearly 40 years ago. Over that time, this hidden gem has clearly become more Italian that Italy itself. If you do not read this review and instantly decide to treat yourself to the finer things in life this establishment has to offer, then you clearly want to live life at something shorter than its fullest. Arno screams old Italy with a twist of edge and daringness to create a better future. For romance, celebration, business, or no reason at all, Arno would elevate your occasion to the status it deserves. Now stop reading this review, make your reservation, and indulge. Cheers to New York.

Ate here as part of a business meal with 14 people. The restaurant did an excellent job with shared appetizers (calamari, salad, fried mozzarella), and then we each ordered our main course off the menu. Everyone enjoyed the food. The staff was friendly and attentive from the time we walked in the front door. The restaurant was bustling and had constant conversation, but was not too loud. The menu has the mostly typical range of Italian dishes all prepared well. If this is the right part of town for you, then Arno’s could be a good choice.

Absolutely wonderful from beginning to end! We came here on recommendation from hotel staff and it did not disappoint. The service is top notch, walking in the door and being greeted so warmly, the attention from staff during the meal- I felt loved. We ordered the calamari and a pasta special as an appetizer and were so impressed with both. We both ordered pasta dishes for dinner and shared. This is the best fresh pasta I’ve ever had! The texture, the flavors, the ratio- all perfection. I’m still thinking about it two days later and how lovely the whole experience was. I highly recommend Arno’s if you find yourself in Times Square.
